Client users should contact their coach first for coaching-specific questions, but Gym Primer can help with login, invite, reset-password, or platform access issues.
For Gym Primer account, website, support, and billing data questions, contact support directly. Coach-managed record requests usually need the coach involved too.
Coaches and clients now have an in-app support thread for Gym Primer issues. Email still works as the fallback when you are locked out or need to contact support before signing in.
