Client users should contact their coach first for coaching-specific questions, but Gym Primer can help with login, invite, reset-password, or platform access issues.

Privacy

For Gym Primer account, website, support, and billing data questions, contact support directly. Coach-managed record requests usually need the coach involved too.

Signed-in users can use the support center

Coaches and clients now have an in-app support thread for Gym Primer issues. Email still works as the fallback when you are locked out or need to contact support before signing in.

What to include

Help us resolve the right thing quickly

Tell us whether you are a coach, client, or admin.
Use the exact account email you were signed in with.
Mention the page or area where the problem happened.
If the issue is billing-related, say whether it was Gym Primer billing or coach-to-client billing.
If there is an error message on screen, paste the exact wording into the ticket or email.
